Can you describe what your company does, and your role at the company?

VistaBizHub Advisory Services is an enterprise-focused cloud computing Managed Service Provider dedicated to implementing cloud infrastructure and building bespoke IT cloud solutions. We partner with only the best solution providers, to ensure that our customers have access to the highest quality and most innovative cloud tool sets available today.

Our advisory services help align the cloud to support our customers business strategy, through the means of process design, and infrastructure management.

How long have you been using PartnerOn?

Five years

How do you use PartnerOn?

Social media sharing, email, and we just started using the microsite.

What are your favorite things about using PartnerOn?

You provide great content for multiple verticals and organization sizes, as well as multiple types of content. The industry reports from leading providers are very helpful in showing that these are proven technologies. This helps us gain the trust of our customers. The content is always relevant, and granular reporting really helps us gain insights. More importantly, outstanding dedicated account managers who are always keen on helping us grow our business. Liz is fully dedicated to providing us a “tailor made” approach to our specific needs. 

How have you seen your business change since using PartnerOn?

Our existing customers love our content, we were also able to grow our target prospect list as well. Your platform and working with you played a big part in helping our business and our brand grow.

Do you have any stats about revenue, leads, website traffic, social media traffic that you think PartnerOn activity helped with? 

Email campaigns have allowed us to not only communicate with customers but also increase our prospect list. I am excited about how many new leads we have generated. Recently 30 people opted-in to our email communication.

Can you share a marketing challenge you have faced, and any strategies you used to overcome it?

Challenge A: Growing the number of new followers on our social media platforms: The recommendation was to start using the microsite and to continue posting on social media.

Challenge B: Growing the number of new subscribers to our newsletters: The outstanding content was the solution.

What advice do you have for partners who are just getting started with content marketing?

The platform plays a big part in positioning our cloud solutions and services. I’ve watched how much of a difference it made especially for a small Managed Service Provider like VistaBizHub Advisory Services Inc.

Can you describe what your company does, and your role at the company? Advanced technology FUTURE-GEN, multi-channel enterprise solutions and services. Brand label.

How long have you been using PartnerOn? We have been using PartnerOn for only 1 year (last year). This was our first time leveraging a semi-automated campaign and marketing tool to enable broader audience reach and connections for professional business in select areas of our business.

How do you use PartnerOn (social media sharing, email, etc.)? We push primarily to microsite and distribution lists. Because PartnerOn has advanced views that come in advance of the week or scheduled distribution week we can harmonize other channels of marketing with it easily and run our own custom content parallel to what’s available on PartnerOn.

What are your favorite things about using PartnerOn? Easy to use and multi-channel

How have you seen your business change since using PartnerOn? We are still tracking to 1st year metrics. It has helped us increase market presence and impact.

Can you share a marketing challenge you have faced, and any strategies you used to overcome it? As the business grows it is a continual challenge to stay on top of our customer base. PartnerOn helps us do that effectively with automation and leading content for a seamless integration with our growing business channels.

What advice do you have for partners who are just getting started with content marketing? It’s a great way to market effectively. Start small. Get familiar with it and scale at your own pace.

Technology software and media and change management division in the private sector.

Can you describe what your company does, and your role at the company?

6prog is a self service consultancy that enables both the service provider (contractor/ freelance consultant) and the client to work. This includes creation of proposals and projects, agreement of milestones, signing a contract using DocuSign, approvals and invoices/payments.

6prog replaces the need for a human agency in the same way that travel agency has gone online and estate agencies are being replaced by apps too.

How long have you been using PartnerOn?

About 6 months. I was introduced to PartnerOn via my relationship with DocuSign.

How do you use PartnerOn?

We use PartnerOn to share details about DocuSign with our network.

What are your favorite things about using PartnerOn?

It’s not difficult to set up. Once running I have not had to continually get involved in the tech.

Can you share a marketing challenge you have faced, and any strategies you used to overcome it?

Creation of new materials is always a challenge. Social media dictates we should post often and at an expected quality. PartnerOn gives me an ability to do both.

What advice do you have for partners who are just getting started with content marketing?

Put enough effort in at the beginning so you can run for 3 months without it interrupting your day job. Then review and plan the next 3 months.

We are getting a lot of visibility

Can you share a marketing challenge you have faced and any strategies you used to overcome it?

Just get started and plan. We have plenty of start/stops with marketing over the year. Nothing changed until we hired a resource for marketing and put together a plan with a calendar and started executing. Doing one-off campaigns with no follow up and no clear plan does not work. Marketing is all about follow up and processes.

What advice do you have for partners who are just getting started with content marketing?

Hire a resource that can focus on the marketing and that keeps you accountable.

Financial, healthcare and technology companies.

How do you use PartnerOn? 

We use PartnerOn to both educate and develop an awareness of the changing technological environment. PartnerOn is great for brand building and both showing and offering value to our Customers and Prospects.

What do you love about it?

We love that PartnerOn saves us about 20 hours a week @ $20/hr in having to hire a marketing intern to post consistently to our social media. And more important than the service of posting for us….it’s the content that is invaluable and can’t be replicated anywhere else. The knowledge source for these social media posts is curated by leading vendors like Microsoft, HP, and more.

Why do you think others can gain from using it?

If you are an IT reseller, MSP or BSP you should be using PartnerOn. And as they open up their services to other industries…..the companies that use PartnerOn have a major advantage over those who don’t utilize this incredible service.

Can you share any best practices that you use for content marketing?

We follow many of the HubSpot principles of trying to reach out to multiple contacts over several weeks.
